Overview
JHDHP was engaged to assist with developing a Physician Integration and Medical Staff Development strategy that would begin setting the stage for both employing key physicians and tightly aligning community physicians.

Approach
Over the course of two months, JHDHP:
+ interviewed and surveyed all key stakeholders in the organization to understand the issues;
+ assessed the market demand and supply of the community in terms of physician need; and
+ recommended a go-forward physician development and engagement plan to executive management and the board of directors -
Results
The plan allowed for the re-alignment with their physicians as well as set the stage for the building of a Clinical Integration Entity to become Accountable Care Capable.
